Every month we upload a new Question a Day calendar created to support care home staff in delivering truly person-centred care. Each calendar includes optional activity ideas linked to the questions. These suggestions can help you create engaging activities, plan themed menus, and involve residents more fully in everyday life. The questions work well during personal care, at mealtimes, or during one-to-one chats.

This free resource supports the CQC Quality Statements on person-centred care, resident involvement, and meaningful activity. It is suitable for residential care homes, dementia care settings, nursing homes, and supported living services.
